2. Click on the “Menu” button and scroll down.
3. Look UNDERNEATH where it says “My Video Tutorials” and your video will be listed there.

I’m watching the video on my computer/laptop.

1. Log into your account on www.plouise.co.uk my clicking the “My Account” Button.
2. Hover over the “My Video Tutorials” button on the website. (Don’t Click)
3. A drop-down menu will show beneath “My Video Tutorials” listing the videos you have purchased.

Any video rentals ordered through www.plouise.co.uk will last a total of 4 days. The 4 days viewing time will begin immediately after you have purchased the video.

All deposits are non refundable and non transferable weather it be an act of god, act of terrorism or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Processing simply means thats your payment has been accepted and your order is processing through our warehouse.

Pre-ordering allows you to purchase the product ahead of its scheduled release date and once the product is in stock it will be immediately shipped to you.

If products are in stock and available for shiping we advise the following delivery times:

  • UK & N.I – 2-5 Working Days
  • Southern Ireland – 5-7 Working Days
  • International – 7-14 Working Days
